Meet Kimberly

Brendon moved to South Florida in 2017 from North Carolina. He is currently a student at Broward College studying Business. His past experience as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps assisted him in understanding the importance of duty and dedication to a higher mission 24/7 and to the Marines. It taught him the importance of putting people first; as he always makes sure to put people before the deal.

Brendon believes real estate was the best industry for him to transition to bringing with him his expertise and love of people, in order to make a continued impact. He wants to reassure that there are individuals like himself, willing to put the people before the money. By assisting you with all of the challenges of purchasing or selling a home, from the mortgage pre-qualification to guiding you through the complete home purchasing or selling process, Brendon is glad that he can make a difference.

In his free time, Brendon loves to explore the outdoors and all of the fun adventures of South Florida. He is very family-oriented. He loves to travel, seeing new places and visiting with friends. He is active on Social Media always documenting his fun-filled days from real estate humor to sharing his everyday life. If you know Brendon, then you know he is a dog-lover and has an amazing dog named Copper who is often featured in Brendon’s content.

Brendon is a part of an award winning team The Santana Group @ Compass. One of the top bilingual teams in Weston, FL and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to guiding you every step of the home buying and selling process. Our mission is to increase the level of professionalism in an industry that traditionally struggles to set the bar high. We look forward to working with you.
